Our story

The Thinking Tree started as a family-owned company with the goal of providing incredible person-centred allied health services to the community. The Thinking Tree founder, Pratibha, supervises her team at the organization today and we have ensured this original goal continues to underpin the services we provide. Having started as a small business in Surrey, today our team works all over Surrey and the surrounding areas, providing the full suite of community allied health services. We are continuing to maintain local community teams and values. At The Thinking Tree, we know that it’s the people that make us, us. In order to continue our commitment to our communities, our teams of experienced clinicians and therapy assistants are supported in ongoing professional development and personal growth. We aim to create happiness and fulfillment for all we come in contact with – this includes our staff and those we serve. The Thinking Tree exists to provide reliable, experienced, and forward-thinking care to the community – we are passionate about our clients living a life with less limits.

We are:
Interest focused Using a child-centred approach, we love to learn about children’s interests and include these into therapy to engage them and support them to kick goals and overcome challenges. Family centred We work with parents and caregivers as equal partners in therapy, and are passionate about open communication, as we believe this is the best way to support growth inside and outside the therapy space.
Community based We are mobile! Being in the community promotes increased accessibility to all families. We believe children operate best in familiar environments, which inspires accelerated development. Working in the community allows us to practically collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators and other health professionals as we believe this is the best way to support growth.

We aim to provide the best possible coaching and support to help families work with the needs of their children.
